We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who processes it for us
- HubSpot (CRM, email and, with your consent, visit analytics): receives the forms and stores your details. Our HubSpot account is hosted in HubSpot’s EU data centre.
- Exoscale (Akenes SA, Switzerland — cloud infrastructure): provides the servers the site runs on, located in Frankfurt, Germany. The site’s technical logs (such as IP addresses) are stored there.
- Google Fonts: the site’s fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
HubSpot and Google are US companies. Any transfer outside the EU relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Demo and contact requests: up to 3 years after our last exchange with you.
- Steel Index subscription: until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Technical logs: 7 days.
- Analytics cookies: 13 months at most.
Cookies
With your consent, given through the cookie banner, the site uses HubSpot’s analytics cookies to count visits and pages viewed and, if you send us a form, to link those visits to your request. Without your consent, these cookies are not set. The site uses no advertising cookies.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent to the Steel Index at any time. Write to herve.hamy@qairbon.com.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
